About the event
Training Objective:- Busch PROtective will be hosting a ballistic workshop focusing on the DEA-FBI Ballistic Helmet Protocol V1.0-2019
Brief Classroom ballistics training (Intro to DEA-FBI Helmet Protocol, Differences over existing NIJ Testing, Ballistic Materials handling)
On-site shooting demo comparing 2 (or more) helmets side by side demonstrating performance in Back-Face Deformation, Edge
Shots, Bolt Shots & Blunt trauma. Agencies are encouraged to bring any duty rounds for testing, as well as any helmets they wish
to see tested side by side for comparative purposes.
Lunch & Beverages will be provided on-site after training (all helmets available after the shoot for inspection during Q&A) Busch
