RMA Instructions
To request a return, all customers must complete our RMA form. This process applies to items returned due to incorrect orders (placed by either the customer or distributor), items no longer needed, or products that arrive damaged.
Important Notes:

Product Condition: All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

Damaged Items: Returns for damaged products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of damaged items is at the sole discretion of Busch PROtective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. Please ensure all RMA requests are submitted promptly and with complete information to avoid delays.
RMA FORM
(Required) indicates mandatory fields. We cannot process your RMA without all mandatory fields being filled in. If the RMA form is not processed we cannot issue any refunds or credits. Form requires less than 5 minutes to complete.
